If you are seeing a blank page when you view the fax in the browser window or when you print it try the following steps:

Here are some changes that may solve your PDF viewing issues in Chrome:
Open PDFs in Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More Settings.
- At the bottom, click Advanced.
- Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings.
- Near the bottom, click PDF documents.
- Turn off Download PDF files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome.
