What does this mean? 

This is because your email address is not configured for Email to Fax. You need to go into your home portal and ensure that your email address is on the list of allowed senders.


To check do the following: 


1. Log into https://home.westfax.com

2. Click on My Account -> Fax to Email Settings

3. In the list of Allowed senders at the top of the page, add a "New" email address.


4. If you want a receipt you can choose from one of the 4 options on the dropdown menu.


Now you can send a fax to faxnumber@westfax.com with your attachment and the fax will be sent successfully.
