That being said if you still want to cancel service you can do it easily using the home portal:


  1. Go to Home.westfax.com and login with your login and password.
  2. Once logged in go to Settings -> Account Profile
  3. In the "Account" box click the "I want to cancel my account".
  4. Click "Cancel Account"


Note: You will have your account until the subscription ends at the end of your billing period and after that you will lose your fax number. 


If you cancelled your account accidentally please contact us to un-cancel it.
